There are number of factors that can effect the personalisation we can emboss onto your product. These include the available embossing area on the product, the type holder width and the number of each brass character we have available to use.

Controls have therefore been put in place to assist you when entering a personalisation. We do this to ensure you do not enter a personalisation that we are not able to create for you.

The table below provides information on the quantity of each character we have available to use, along with the dimension of each character.
