Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available when the delivery address is within a 3 mile radius of CV11 6PG. If applicable, the local delivery option will be displayed as one of the shipping options available when checking out on the website.
When selecting this option, please ensure a telephone number is provided, as we will make a courtesy call to arrange a suitable delivery time, once the order is complete and ready to be dispatched.
Update for EU Delivery

Now that the UK is no longer part of the European Union, any orders placed for delivery to an EU country after the 1st July 2021 may be subject to import duty. Please note that any tax and duties charged during the shipping process are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Shipping costs charged at the checkout do not include customs fees, therefore any fees charged after the item has been dispatched are the responsibility of the customer to pay..

We offer a choice of delivery services allowing you to choose a preferred delivery company. All services offer full tracking as standard.
Evri Standard 2 - 4 Working Days (after dispatch) - £3.95 (free delivery on orders over £30 - retail customers only)
Evri Express 1 - 2 Working Days (after dispatch) - £4.99
Royal Mail 2 - 3 Working Days (after dispatch) - £4.99
DPD Standard 2 - 3 Working Days (after dispatch) - £9.59
DPD Express 1 - 2 Working Days (after dispatch) - £11.25
Non-Mainland UK address (postcodes starting with the letters TR, IM, GY, JE, HS, ZE, AB, IV, KW, PA, PH) are still classed as UK and will qualify for the same delivery costs stated above. Delivery time for these postcodes will be between 2 and 5 working days.
Please note that when delivering to non-mainland UK postcodes, Royal Mail may be used by the courier to complete the final stage of delivery.

All orders sent outside the UK will be dispatched via Evri / Royal Mail and will include a tracking number. Some items may require a signature upon receipt, dependant on location.

Delivery times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment, but at busy periods this may take a little longer, especially if ordering personalised products.
Please note that over the Christmas period there will be an increased delivery time, with expected dispatch to take up to two weeks.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, however feel it is a necessary precaution to ensure that all of our products continue to be made to the highest possible standard.
Express Delivery
We offer an express delivery option to UK addresses at a flat rate of £6.95. Express items will be sent via either Royal Mail or Evri Next Day Delivery, and ensures receipt of your order within two working days of dispatch, if you order before 10am. Please select the Express Delivery option at checkout.
