Newsletter Subscribers Terms and Conditions

Within these terms, 'We' and 'Us' is used to refer to ourselves (The Personalised Gift Company Ltd) and 'You' is used to refer to the customer.

 

10% Loyal Subscriber offer

• The 10% Loyal Subscriber offer is available to first time email subscribers that remain on the mailing list, allowing marketing emails to be sent to their email inbox.
• To qualify for the loyalty discount, the following rules apply:
  • The email address entered must not have been used before to subscribe to our mailing list.
  • If you unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, the 10% loyalty discount code will no longer be available to use with that email address, even if you rejoin at a later date
• You are responsible for entering the loyalty discount code at the checkout
  • We cannot apply the discount retrospectively after an order is placed if you forget to enter the loyalty discount code when checking out
• The 10% Loyalty discount is applied to product prices only
  • Other costs, such as shipping are excluded
• The 10% Loyal Subscriber discount cannot be combined with any other offers
• Emails being directed to spam / junk folder
  • You must ensure that marketing emails sent by Us, are being received in the inbox of the subscribed email address
    • Emails being directed to the spam / junk folder will be assessed by Us and may result in You being removed from the mailing list. If you are removed from the mailing list, the 10% Loyal Subscriber discount will also be revoked
